Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick™ mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by tablespoonfuls evenly into bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).
- In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Stir in bell peppers; cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until just slightly crisp. Remove from heat. Stir in chicken, salsa and chili powder.
- Spoon half of the chicken mixture over dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, chicken mixture and cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and biscuits in center are cooked. Top each serving with dollop of sour cream and fresh cilantro. Serve with additional salsa.

- Heat oven to 400°F Spray a 8 or 9-inch pan with pan spray. Stir together Bisquick mix, water & egg. Spread in the pan then sprinkle with 1 1/4 cups of the cheese.
- Using a skillet cook & stir chicken in oil over medium-high heat until outsides turn white; drain. Stir in salsa & chopped onion; heat until hot. Spoon over batter in the pan to within 1/2-inch of the edges.
- Bake 22-25 minutes or until edges are dark golden brown. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-3 minutes or until cheese melts; loosen from sides of the pan & serve.

Awhile back, it was triple coupon day at our local grocery store. I had a ton of coupons for Bisquick, which made each box an insanely cheap 10 cents a piece. So, since then I've been trying out Bisquick recipes! This is one that was a hit with the family!

- PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
- SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan.
- ADD salsa to oven bag. Squeeze bag to blend in flour. Add chicken to bag; turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange chicken in an even layer in bag. Place pepper rings over chicken.
- CLOSE oven bag with nylon tie; cut six 1/2-inch slits in top. Tuck ends of bag in pan.
