TUNA PASTA SALAD
Make sure to add enough salt/seasoning for maximum flavor. For this much pasta, you must add enough salt to bring out the tasty flavors. Best part about this salad is that you can totally customize it the way you want. Add more of less of any ingredient to make it perfect to your personal taste! For the tuna, we found a big flavor and texture difference by using the solid white chunk albacore tuna vs the chunk light style tunas. Feel free to use more or less tuna depending on your personal taste preference.

EASY (AND TASTY) TUNA SALAD FOR ONE
I made this up all by myself. My mom and I are big tuna eaters. I eat tuna everyday and I find this to be the EASIEST and TASTIEST way I can possibly make my tuna salad for my lunch everyday. It's very quick and takes me about 5 minutes, it's also low fat and good for you. My mom tells me all the time that she loves it. I enjoy it as well, I eat this tuna salad nearly every day for lunch at school. I eat it with crackers, on bread or plain with some fruit, the Mrs. Dash gives it a great flavor, I always keep Mrs. Dash on hand. I hope you like it. It's a recipe concocted by a 15 year old chef. lol.

- Whenever I'm in a hurry I just use the mayonnaise, honey mustard and Mrs. Dash.
- When I have time I add the carrot which gives it a nice crunch.
- Eat it on 2 slices of whole wheat bread, with tortilla chips, or with crackers.
- Sometimes I just eat it plain it tastes just fine that way.

Steps:
- Combine dressing ingredients and set in the fridge to chill.
- Boil macaroni in salted water until just al dente, about 7 minutes (verify time on package).
- Drain and rinse with cold water until the water on the bottom of the colander comes through cold. Drain as much of the water as possible, (I lay my macaroni on a dry dish towel).
- Cut the hard-boiled eggs into pieces of desired size, reserve some to garnish on top if desired.
- Add the pasta, dressing, and all remaining ingredients to a large bowl. Use a silicone spatula to gently stir until evenly combined. Transfer to a clean serving dish.
- Garnish with green onions and paprika.
- Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or up to overnight. The pasta will absorb more of the dressing during this time. Serve!
