JOSH'S HOMEMADE BURGER PATTIES

Steps:
- Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk together. Add the breadcrumbs and whisk again. Add mixed herbs, garlic, beef stock cube and BBQ sauce and combine.
- Add mince and mix it all together using your hands.
- Split the mixture into 4 (or 6 if you prefer smaller burgers) and shape into patties. Coat each pattie lightly in flour and place on a baking tray in the freezer for 30 minutes. This helps the patties to hold together better when cooking and makes them much juicier!
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium-high heat and fry the patties until cooked through (about 7-8 minutes each side).
- Put the burger in a bun, add your salads and sauces and enjoy the best burger ever!

This homemade beef patty recipe is so easy and delicious! The beef burger patties are so juicy and bursting with flavor.

Steps:
- In a frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, sautéed onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the beef into 6 fairly thin patties. (About 5 inches in diameter) They will shrink and thicken as they cook.
- Grill each patty on medium-high heat, about 5 minutes per side.
- Assemble your burger according to your liking. I like to spread a little mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on each bun, then stack lettuce, onions, tomatoes, pickles, patty, sautéed mushrooms, and Havarti cheese.

- Shape ground beef into four 3/4-in.-thick patties. Just before grilling, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat until a thermometer reads 160°, 5-7 minutes on each side. Top bun bottoms with burgers. If desired, serve with lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon and mayonnaise.
