¼ cup butter
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Place chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter or margarine in large microwaveable bowl. Zap in microwave on medium until chips are melted, about 3-5 minute, stirring once or twice during cooking. Stir in nuts, if desired.
  • Pour into well-greased 8x8-inch glass baking dish. Refrigerate until set.

1 cup baking cocoa
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe dish, mash beans with a fork until smooth; cover and microwave for 1-1/2 minutes or until heated through. Add cocoa, butter and vanilla. (Mixture will be thick.) Slowly stir in sugar; add nuts. Press mixture into a 9-in. square pan coated with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate until firm. Cut into 1-in. pieces.

Easy Snowflake Fudge is a super easy winter fudge recipe made with just a handful of ingredients & 2 minutes in the microwave. This is sure to bring BIG smiles!

2 cups white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces)
1 tsp peppermint extract
1-3 drops blue food coloring (+ more depending on how pigmented you want it.)
1/4 cup white sparkling sugar
2 tbsp white sugar pearls
1 tbsp snowflake sprinkles

Steps:

  • Line an 8×8 pan with parchment & lightly spray with oil.
  • In a large, microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips & sweetened condensed milk.
  • Microwave on 50% power for 1 minute.
  • Remove & stir.
  • If it is not thoroughly melted, return to the microwave for 30-45 seconds longer.
  • Once the mixture is completely melted, separate out a portion of the mixture into another bowl.
  • Stir the food coloring into the majority of the fudge to make it blue.
  • Add in extract & then spread into an even layer in the prepared pan.
  • Drizzle the remaining white portion over the top of the blue & use a skewer or toothpick to drag it through & swirl the colors.
  • Top with the sparkling sugar, white sugar pearls & snowflake sprinkles.
  • Be sure to press them lightly into the top so they will solidify into the fudge.
  • Refrigerate until solid - approx 1 hour before cutting.
  • Use the parchment to lift out of the pan & cut to your desired size.

1 cup sugar cookie mix (I used betty crocker)
14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup Valentine's sprinkles (divided)
4 ounces of almond bark or white chocolate

Steps:

  • Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium-sized double boiler saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Heat on medium heat and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Once everything is melted, continue stirring for 2-3 minutes to be sure it's all melted and coming together.
  • Remove from heat (but keep on the double boiler) and add the vanilla and half of the holiday sprinkles. Mix well.
  • Pour fudge into the baking dish and smooth it out in the pan.
  • Press remaining sprinkles into the top of the fudge and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
  • Once the fudge has hardened, remove it from the baking dish by lifting the paper out and cut it into pieces on a hard surface.
  • Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments until melted and smooth.
  • Transfer almond bark to a zippered bag and cut the tip off to drizzle over fudge. You can always use a fork to drizzle the almond bark if you prefer.
  • Let the white chocolate bark set, and then enjoy.

  • In a small saucepan, cook and stir the cheese and butter over medium heat until melted. Remove from the heat; stir in the vanilla and nuts. In a bowl, combine the confectioners' sugar and cocoa. 3/4 Cup Red Candy Melts
3/4 Cup Strawberry Flavored Pin Candy Melts
1 Teaspoon Strawberry Extract
Non-Pariels Sprinkles
Valentine's Day Heart Sprinkles

Steps:

  • Place the red candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on high, in the microwave, for 2-3 minutes or until smooth when stirred. Stop every 15-30 seconds to stir during the melting process to ensure the candy melts don't overcook. Follow step one for the pink candy melts, keeping the two colors separated. Remove the lid and film from the frosting and place it in the microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until fully melted and smooth. Set aside ½ a teaspoon of uncooked frosting if using the heart sprinkles. Add the extract to the frosting and stir well. Place half of the frosting in with the red candy melts and the other half with the pink candy melts. Stir each color vigorously until fully mixed. Line your pan with parchment paper, making sure to leave some overhang. Alternate pouring in the two colors in random spots, pausing to tap the pan in between so it evens out and removes bubbles. Once all your chocolate mixtures have been poured in and evened out, sprinkle the top of the fudge with as many Valentine's themed non-pareils as you like. Place in the fridge to chill for 2 hours or until hardened. If desired, use the set aside frosting and place a dab on the back of a heart sprinkle, and press it into the middle of each fudge square you cut for a cute addition!

Steps:

  • Line an 8x8 square pan with non-stick foil.
  • In a medium-large sized pot, melt chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and butter over medium heat until the mixture is completely smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla extract, salt and chopped nuts (if using) into the fudge.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, smoothing it in an even layer.
  • Allow the fudge to chill in the fridge for about 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Remove foil from the pan and cut fudge into squares.
  • Enjoy!
  • I would store leftover fudge in the fridge as the fudge does soften when as room temperature.

  • Stove: Cook the mixture in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the bottom of the pan starts to show when you scrape it with your wood spoon. The candy mixture should be thick enough to show you the bottom of the pan for a couple of seconds before the mixture levels out again.
  • Microwave: Pour mixture into a deep microwaveable bowl. If 900 watts, let cook on full power for about 6 minutes — removing and stirring at least every 2 minutes, or until thick enough to be rolled (remember that when it cools down, mixture will be thicker). While it is cooking, do not leave the microwave unattended because mixture will rise and possibly bubble over, making a mess. Every time it rises, pause until mixture settles back down. If 1100 watts, cook at 80 % power. Double batches take more time to cook.
  • When it is ready, mix in the vanilla extract and the food coloring, and then spread the mixture onto a greased plate. Let cool to room temperature before starting to roll the candy mixture around each grape, molding into balls with greased hands. Then, dredge each candy gently in the granulated sugar until totally covered, and place into paper bonbon cups.
