GLUTEN-FREE FUDGY BANANA PUDDING POPS
Pop up with fun layered chocolate and banana frozen treats made with yogurt.

Steps:
- In medium bowl, beat pudding mix and milk with wire whisk about 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes or until thickened.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mash banana with fork. Stir in yogurt.
- Place paper cups in 8-inch pan for easier handling. Spoon 2 tablespoons pudding into each cup. Divide yogurt mixture evenly among cups. Top with remaining pudding mixture. Tap cups on work surface to level top. Insert wooden stick into center of each pop.
- Freeze pops about 2 hours or until solid. Store frozen pops in plastic freezer bag in freezer. Peel off paper cups before serving.

- Combine chocolate chips, milk, cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over low heat; stir until all ingredients are melted and combined, about 5 minutes.
- Place avocado and banana in blender; blend until smooth. Add chocolate mixture into the puree; blend until the mixture is the consistency of pudding, about 5 minutes. Pour the pudding into ice pop molds, and place into freezer until firm, about 3 hours.

- Use a blender to whip together the the first box of instant pudding with the half of the milk (1 1/2 cups) until they are smooth (without chunks) and bubbly. Allow the mixture to rest until the bubbles have died down (a few minutes) .
- Remove the blender container from the stand and stir in half of the whipped topping (1/2 cup). Then transfer the mixture evenly to molds (or paper cups). Refrigerate this while you repeat this step with the remaining ingredients.
- Remove the molds from the refrigerator (hopefully they have been in there about five to ten minutes) and carefully spoon in the remaining mix with the second flavor that you just made. Cover as directed in the instructions with the molds and freeze for at least six hours until frozen.
