- Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Adjust the sweetness according to taste and pour into serving glasses.
STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE
Steps:
- Place strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper. Slide into the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Place glasses in the freezer as well.
- Place ingredients in a blender and secure the lid.
- Blend on high for 1 minute. Test the texture and add more milk/juice as needed. Blend until the ingredients are nice and smooth. Taste and add more honey as desired for sweetness.
- Pour into frozen glasses, garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve with a wide straw.

- This is the blender I use to make my smoothies. It's easy to use, holds the perfect amount, and will auto-blend your smoothie until it's finished all by itself!
- Add all ingredients in the order listed: ¾ cup unsweetened non-dairy milk, banana, strawberries, protein powder (if using), ¼ cup milk and ice cubes (if using). This is the order that I've found to be smoothest, without any protein powder getting stuck in a clump anywhere.
