2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cups dry bread crumbs
1 cup ranch-style salad dressing (such as Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®)
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - lightly pounded to an even thickness

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease baking sheet with vegetable oil.
  • Put bread crumbs and ranch dressing into separate bowls.
  • Dip chicken into ranch dressing and press into bread crumbs to coat. Gently toss between your hands so any bread crumbs that haven't stuck can fall away. Arrange onto prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

½ sleeve buttery round crackers, crushed
1 cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter, cut into 4 pats, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter a 9x13-inch glass baking dish.
  • Mix crushed crackers, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, salt, and pepper in a resealable 1-quart storage bag.
  • Dip a chicken breast into the beaten eggs. Lift up so excess egg drips back in the bowl. Add chicken to the bag with the breading and shake until completely covered. Place in the prepared baking dish. Dredge remaining chicken breasts. Top each breast with a pat of butter.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is golden brown on the outside and no longer pink on the inside, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

My kids love this recipe. It's flavorful and yet easy to make. I place baked potatoes in oven at the same time. Then use the rest of the dry ranch to make topping for the potatoes or salad.

4 boneless chicken breasts
0.5 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
1 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 eggs
salt
pepper
butter
cracker (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix ranch dressing, salt, pepper and dry bread crumbs in 1 quart storage bag.
  • Beat 2 eggs in bowl.
  • Rinse and dredge chicken through egg then place in bag and shake until completely covered.
  • Place in buttered 13x9-inch glass baking dish.
  • Place a pat of butter on top of chicken.
  • Cook at 375°F for 1 hour.
  • Note: Can use already prepared ranch dressing.
  • Omit eggs and dredge through dressing and then trough dry bread crumbs or crackers.
  • Also can put crackers in dry bread crumbs to make crispier coating.
  • Time may vary depending on the size of the breasts.

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
2 teaspoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix Shaker

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place chicken breasts into a Glad® gallon bag and pound until they are ¾ of an inch thick (optional). Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish to fit. Brush with the melted butter or olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle or shake the ranch seasoning mix over the chicken on both sides. If there is any remaining butter or oil, drizzle over the seasoned chicken.
  • Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, until cooked through and no longer pink in the center. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve hot.

1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ounce ranch seasoning
6 slices bacon (cooked crisp and chopped)
1 cup cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (freshly shredded)
½ white onion (diced)
4-5 chicken breasts (with the fat pieces cut off)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9x13 inch baking pan or casserole dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
  • Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, olive oil, and ranch seasoning to a medium bowl and stir to combine.
  • Stir in ¾ of the bacon, ¾ of the cheddar cheese, ¾ of the mozzarella cheese and all the onion then set aside.
  • Place one of the chicken breasts onto a plate and cut deep holes into it using a knife then spread the ranch mixture onto the chicken and push some of it into the holes.
  • Place the chicken breast into the baking pan and repeat the process with the remaining chicken breasts and ranch mix.
  • Sprinkle on the remaining cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and bacon then loosely cover the pan with part aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes then remove the aluminum foil and bake for another 10 minutes or until the cheese starts to bubble around the edges and turn a light golden color.
  • Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving with freshly chopped chives and additional bacon for garnish if desired.

6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (thawed)
1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
1 packet ranch dressing mix

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Poor ranch dressing into a medium sized bowl, and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, and the packet of ranch dressing mix.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Dip thawed chicken breasts into the bowl of ranch and place on the covered cookie sheet.
  • Sprinkle the top of the chicken breast with the cheese and ranch seasoning mixture, until you can't see the chicken breast.
  • Place the ranch and cheese covered chicken breasts into the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked all the way through.
  • Sprinkle with extra Cheddar and Parmesan cheese when it is freshly out of the oven (our family really likes cheese)

¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 ounce ranch dressing mix (1 package)
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
½ cup butter (melted)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix corn flakes, cheese, and dressing mix together in a bowl until blended.
  • Dip thawed chicken in butter, then roll in corn flake mixture.
  • Place coated chicken in 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish.
  • Bake for about 40 - 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
