- Preheat your air fryer to 370 degrees F.
- Whisk the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Trim away any excess fat from the outside of the pork loin then rub the pork all over with the seasoning mix.
- Place the pork loin in the air fryer and cook for 35 to 40 minutes,* flipping once halfway through cooking until the roast reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
- Remove the pork loin from the air fryer and transfer it to a cutting board. Allow it to rest at least 5 minutes before slicing then enjoy!

Steps:
- If your roast has a layer of fat on top, cut the fat crosswise in slits, every ½ inch or so.
- Pour the olive oil over the roast and rub all over until completely covered.
- Add the dried Italian seasoning, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to a small bowl. Stir until combined.
- Cover the pork loin with the spices
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook in the air fryer at 360F for 20 minutes. Flip the roast over and cook for an additional 25 minutes, or until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145F.
- Let the roast rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
- Coat the roast with olive oil and add the seasoning rub. Massage it well onto the entire roast.
- Preheat air fryer to 360° F for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, carefully place pork roast into air fryer and air fry at 360° F for 45-55 minutes. Internal temp should be 145° - 160° F. (If internal temperature is not yet 145°, continue to cook another 5-10 minutes or however long is required depending on weight of roast)
- When cooking time is complete, carefully remove pork tenderloin to a plate and let rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
EASY PORK LOIN ROAST AND GLAZED PORK LOIN IN AN AIR FRYER RECIPE
There are 2 recipes here. The first is for a well seasoned pork loin roast. The second one is for a quickly marinated and glazed roast.

- Remove the pork loin roast from the refrigerator 25 minutes prior to cooking. Give it a quick rinse under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. With a sharp knife, trim off any sliver skin from the underside. Trim the tough skin, if still on the pork, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of fat cap. Score the fat lightly in a 1 inch diagonal or checkered pattern.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and sage. Coat the loin all over with the oil and seasoning mixture. Place the pork on a wire rack and set aside for the 25 minutes.
- Preheat your air fryer to 360°F.
- Place the roast in the air fryer basket or on the rack, fat side up. Set the timer for 60 minutes. Cook for 45 minutes and check the internal temperature with a digital meat thermometer. You are looking for 145 to 150°F. Continue cooking, checking every 5 to 10 minutes, until the desired temperature is achieved.
- Remove the roast to a clean cutting board and tent with foil. Allow the meat to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
- Slice the roast against the grain into 1/4 inch thick portions. Place these on a platter and spoon some of the pan drippings over the top, if desired. Serve with recommended side dishes and beverages.
AIR FRYER PORK LOIN

- Make sure your pork loin roast fits in your air fryer basket. You can trim the end off the roast if it is just a little bit too big.
- Take the roast out of its package and pat it dry. Then smear the mustard all over the top, which has a fat cap.
- Sprinkle the rosemary, salt, and pepper on top of the mustard.
- Put the meat in the air fryer at 370 degrees F for 45 minutes. After 25 minutes take out the air fryer basket and flip the meat.
- After 45 minutes check the pork with an instant-read thermometer and make sure it has reached 145 degrees F in the middle. If it hasn't put it back in for another 5-10 minutes and recheck it. Cooking times vary for different air fryers, so always check the internal temperature, don't guess.
- Once the pork reaches 145 degrees F use a pastry brush or spoon to coat the top with honey. Then put the basket back in the air fryer and cook it at 300 F for 2 minutes. This lets the honey caramelize on the meat so it has a honey mustard flavor.
- Once the pork is done put it on a serving platter and let the meat rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, herbs and mustard; rub over roast. Place in greased air fryer. Cook until a thermometer inserted in pork reads 145°, 50-70 minutes. Remove roast from air fryer; tent with foil. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. , Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute onions in butter until tender. Combine gravy mix and broth until smooth; stir into pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cook and stir until thickened. Stir in sour cream and horseradish; heat through (do not boil). Serve with pork.
