  • Rub the pork chops with olive oil and then dip (coat) each one in the cheese mixture. Press the mixture over the pork chops to make sure they are well covered in it.
  • Line a pan with tin foil and spray with cooking spray.

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup garlic and herb bread crumbs

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Place eggs in a separate shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in eggs, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., In a 10-in. ovenproof skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides. 6-8 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp milk
1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Salt and pepper both sides of the pork chops.
  • Combine beaten egg and milk in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in.
  • Combine Italian Bread Crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a shallow bowl big enough to dip pork chops in. (I like to use a pie tin.)
  • One at a time, dip a pork chop first in the egg wash and then in the bread crumb mixture. Place on a large cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and repeat until all pork chops have been breaded.
  • Bake at 350 for 1 hour. If pork chops are extra-thick, you may need to increase cooking time. If they are thin, reduce cooking time to 30-40 min.

  • Turn your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
