- Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with saran wrap so that it will be easy to lift the fudge out of the pan. In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a rolling boil, then cook for exactly 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in peanut butter and mix to combine. Then add in vanilla extract. Transfer the mixture to the bowl of your mixer. Add in sifted confectioners sugar, one cup at a time, mixing between adding more. After you've added all of the confectioners sugar, mix well! The mixture is going to be really thick. Press the mixture into the prepared dish. Sprinkle chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Miniatures over the fudge and gently press them down. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour, or until firm, then use the saran wrap as handles to lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into small squares.

- Line an 8-in. square pan with foil; grease with butter., In a heavy saucepan, combine sugar and milk; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat., Stir in peanut butter and marshmallow creme until blended. Immediately spread into prepared pan; cool slightly., Refrigerate until firm. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan. - Heat chocolate chips and condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir the ingredients continuously.
- Once the chocolate has melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla flavoring.
- Stir in half of the Reese’s chunks and only stir 2-3 times to combine. (It’s important you don’t keep stirring or it won’t get that marbled effect.)
- Pour/scoop the fudge into a prepared 9 x 9 square dish. (I like to use silicone because it pops right out and I don’t need to use parchment paper.)

- In a large microwave safe bowl ( a 4 cup Pyrex measuring cup works perfectly ) combine the chocolate squares and the condensed milk.
- Microwave for one minute, then stir, then microwave again for 45 seconds. Keep stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir in the vanilla completely.
- Let it sit and cool, then mix in half of the peanut butter cups. ( if it is too hot the peanut butter cups will melt)
- Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper or tinfoil. Spread the fudge into the lined pan then chop up the rest of the peanut butter cups even smaller and press into the top of the fudge.
