HEARTY MEATBALL SANDWICH
A cross between meatloaf and meatballs, this sandwich promises to hold together without being messy.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, salt and pepper, garlic powder, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Form the mixture into a log, and place it into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the center is no longer pink. Let stand for 5 minutes, then slice into 1/2 inch slices. Place a few slices onto each hoagie roll, cover with marinara sauce, and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over.
- Wrap each sandwich with aluminum foil, and return to the oven for 15 minutes, until bread is lightly toasted and cheese is melted. Let stand 15 minutes before eating. Each sandwich serves 2.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, gently mix by hand the ground beef, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic, parsley, Parmesan cheese, and egg. Shape into 12 meatballs, and place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cooked through. Meanwhile, cut the baguette in half lengthwise, and remove some of the bread from the inside to make a well for the meatballs. Brush with olive oil, and season with garlic powder and salt. Slip the baguette into the oven during the last 5 minutes of the meatball's time, or until lightly toasted.
- While the bread toasts, warm the spaghetti sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. When the meatballs are done, use a slotted spoon to transfer them to the sauce. Spoon onto the baguette and top with slices of provolone cheese. Return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese. Cool slightly, cut into servings, and enjoy!

- Combine the meatballs and spaghetti sauce in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the meatballs are heated through. Meanwhile, slice the hoagie buns lengthwise, but not all the way through. Scoop out some of the inside of the bottom half so a shallow trough if formed. When the meatballs are hot, spoon 5 meatballs onto each bun along with some of the sauce. Top with the cheese. Serve hot.

- Combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, parsley, fresh minced garlic, egg, milk, chili powder, parmesan cheese, and a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper. Using your hands mix gently, careful not to over mix.Roll meat mixture into golf sized balls
- Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil over medium high heat, working in batches. Brown them on all sides. Each batch should take about 7 minutes.
- In a separate skillet or the same one warm up some marinara sauce
- Place the browned meatballs in the sauce and let it cook for an hour or until the meatballs are tender and fully cooked through.
- Place hero rolls cut side up on a baking sheet
- Lay a couple of slices of provolone on the hero rolls
- Add a couple of meatballs to the hero roll and ladle some marinara sauce over the meatballs
- Sprinkle some mozzarella and parmesan cheese over the meatballs then place the sandwiches in a preheated oven at 400 degrees f for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a rimmed baking sheet, toss onion, bell pepper, and zucchini with oil and oregano. Bake 15 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray heavy large baking sheet with nonstick vegetable oil spray. Combine ground beef, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, chopped fresh parsley, crushed cornflakes, minced garlic, dried oregano, ground white pepper and salt in large bowl and blend thoroughly. - Prepare fresh or frozen meatballs according to package directions. If using our meatball recipe, you can microwave the frozen meatballs at 50% power for about 4-5 minutes. Add the marinara and meatballs to a medium saucepan and heat on medium-low until warmed through.
- While the meatballs are warming, prepare the sub rolls. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, place the sub rolls cut side down in the pan. Heat until the bread is toasted and golden brown. Remove from the pan and place the bottoms of the rolls on a small baking sheet. Rub all four toasted sides of the rolls with the cut side of the garlic. Be generous with the garlic! Discard the used garlic. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat oven on Low-Broil. Divide the meatballs on the bottom half of each roll (no need to broil the other half of the sub roll as it's already toasted) Add a little extra sauce on top of each, then top with the provolone cheese. Place the pan on the center rack of the oven and broil on low until the cheese is melted. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Immediately place the top of the roll on the meatballs and press gently. Secure with a toothpick if desired. Serve immediately.
