1 large pkg. fresh strawberries
6 bananas
2 T. lemon juice
4 kiwis
1 pkg. blueberries
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 can pineapple tidbits
1 can pineapple-orange-banana concentrate

Steps:

  • Slice strawberries, kiwis, bananas and pineapple and place in a large bowl.
  • Add lemon juice to bowl.
  • Add blueberries and mandarin oranges to bowl.
  • Add pineapple orange banana concentrate.
  • Stir ingredients together.
  • Fill small plastic cups with ingredients and freeze.

  • Add almond milk.
  • Blend until desired thickness.

12 ounces pineapple-orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained

6 bananas, diced (yellow but not too ripe)
1/3 cup lemon juice (bottled is fine)
16 ounces frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl.
  • Freeze in 1-cup increments.
  • Thaw slightly before serving, to a slushy consistency.

1 can (8-1/2 ounces) apricot halves
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 medium firm banana, sliced

Steps:

  • Drain pineapple and apricots, reserving juices. Cut apricots into bite-size pieces; set aside. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, water and reserved juices; cook and stir over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes. , Stir in the pineapple, apricots, strawberries and banana. Pour into four 6-oz. custard cups or disposable plastic cups. Cover and freeze.
