Chocolate Nut clusters are a fun & simple holiday treat! Salted Nuts covered in rich chocolate cooled & set into perfect candy clusters for gift trays!

12 oz milk chocolate chips
4 oz semi sweet baking chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil (or shortening)
2 cups mixed nuts (salted)

Steps:

  • Make a double boiler for melting the chocolate by taking a saucepan and bringing 2 quarts of water to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Place a glass bowl of the same size or slightly smaller inside the simmering water. No water should be in the bowl- it just sits on top of the boiling water.
  • Place the milk chocolate chips and the baking chocolate inside the waterless pot and stir until melted.Add in the 2 cups of mixed nuts and stir until completely coated.
  • NOTE: If your stove has a "Melt" setting- skip the double broiler and just add chocolate to a medium sized saucepan instead. (NO WATER NEEDED!)
  • Scoop the chocolate nut mixture using medium sized spoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Place the cookie sheets inside of your fridge until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!
  • Place all of the chocolate in a medium sized glass or ceramic bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Let sit 3-4 minutes, in the microwave. Stir gently. Add time in 30 second intervals, letting chocolate sit for 2-3 minutes after each warming segment before stirring. Once chocolate is completely melted, add in the 2 cups of mixed nuts and stir until completely coated.Scoop the chocolate nut mixture using medium sized spoons onto parchment lined cookie sheets.Place the cookie sheets inside of your fridge until the chocolate has set. Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a large crockpot.
  • Cook on LOW heat for 1 hour, stirring once half-way through.
  • Using a spoon or cookie scoop, scoop clumps of peanut mixture on to parchment paper and allow to cool to room temperature. You may refrigerate or freeze them. Be sure to serve at room temperature for the best texture.

  • 1. Place nuts in bottom of 3-quart crock pot and stir to mix. Add all of the chocolate. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until chocolate is melted, stirring once during cooking time. 1 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 10 oz bag(s) peanut butter chips - or 1 c peanut butter
2 1 lb pkg white almond bark or vanilla candy coating1 lb pkg white almond bark or vanilla candy coating

Steps:

  • 1. Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot (starting with peanuts).
  • 2. Turn the pot on low, cover with lid, and leave sitting for 2 hours.
  • 3. Remove lid and stir to combine. Replace lid and leave sitting for another 30 minutes.
  • 4. Stir again and then spoon mixture on to wax paper or non-stick aluminum foil. Allow to harden for at least 1 hour.
  • 5. Put into gift containers and freeze if needed. Enjoy!

2 cups Chocolate chips (Semisweet)
1 cup Peanut butter
3 cups Salted peanuts
2-3 tbsp Sprinkles (Optional)

Steps:

  • Add both almond barks, chocolate chips, peanut butter, peanuts in a slow cooker (5 or 6 quart).
  • Mix to roughly combine everything.
  • Cover and cook on Low heat for 1 hour.
  • Then, stir everything together.
  • Cover and cook again on Low heat for another 30 minutes- 1 hour.
  • Stir again until chocolate is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Drop candy mixture by spoonfuls onto a few cookie trays, lined with wax paper.
  • Optional: Toss some sprinkles on top.
  • Allow these chocolate clusters to set and harden at room temperature for about 2 hours. Refrigerating them will obviously speed up the process. Enjoy!
