1/3 cup reduced-fat granola
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blackberries or blueberries

Steps:

  • Place 2 tablespoons of granola in each of two parfait glasses. Top each with about 2 tablespoons yogurt. , In a small bowl, combine berries; divide a third of the mixture between the two glasses. Repeat yogurt and berry layers. Top with the remaining yogurt, berries and granola.

2/3 cup marshmallow creme
1/2 cup frozen whipped topping
4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme until blended; fold in whipped topping., Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cracker crumbs into each of 2 glasses or dessert dishes. Layer each with 1/2 cup cream cheese mixture, 1/4 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup blueberries; repeat layers. Refrigerate, covered, until serving.

½ cup fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • Layer 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of a bowl. Top with about half of each of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and granola; repeat layering.

1 cup granola
1 bananas, sliced
½ cup fresh blueberries
1 tablespoon honey, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place about 1/2 cup strawberry slices into 2 glasses or parfait dishes. Spoon about 1/2 cup yogurt into each glass and top with about 1/4 cup granola. Divide remaining strawberries into glasses and top with banana slices. Place about 1/4 cup blueberries over bananas and top with remaining 1 cup yogurt. Layer remaining 1/2 cup granola over yogurt and drizzle each parfait with honey.
