- Chop the potatoes into 2 in chunks and roughly chop the onion.
- Add the potatoes, onion, chicken broth, garlic, salt, and pepper to the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- Once it is done cooking open the lid and add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and cream. Use a potato masher to blend the soup together for a very slightly chunky loaded potato soup, or an immersion blender for a super smooth loaded potato soup.
- Top with your choice of toppings and Enjoy!

- Dice the red potatoes, the red or yellow onion, and the celery. Dice the green onion bulbs, then dice the green onion tops and reserve the green garnish for later. Add the potatoes to your slow cooker then top with the diced veggies, ham, spices, and chicken broth. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
- An hour before serving, prep the roux by warming the milk and whisking in the flour until lump-free. Slowly stir in the roux and turn your Crock-Pot on high. Cook for an additional 30-60 minutes until the broth is simmering. (It must be bubbling for the flour to have a thickening effect.)
- Serve this soon-to-be family favorite with some loaded baked potato toppings - sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon crumbles topped with a dash of "love" (sprinkle on some chopped scallions). ENJOY!

- Place bacon and onion in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until bacon is evenly brown and onions are soft. Drain off excess grease.

- 1. Cook bacon till crisp.
- 2. Put the potatoes in the crockpot. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese and half of the bacon. Add some salt & pepper.

- Lightly coat a 6-quart or larger slow cooker with nonstick spray. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until softened, about 6 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently and adjusting the heat so that the onion does not crisp or turn dark brown. Add to the slow cooker.
