QUICK AND EASY STROMBOLI
This Stromboli gets loaded with italian salami, pepperoni, pizza sauce and cheese! This is so quick, easy and delicious you will want to make it again and again!!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roll the dough out and stretch it out on a piece of parchment paper. Spread the pizza sauce leaving about 2 inches from the edge. Top with Italian salami, then the cheese, and end with pepperoni.
- Roll up the dough up like a cinnamon roll and pinch the edges to seal and fold where the seam is. Lay the stromboli seam side down. Brush with the egg and cut small slats in the top. Top with 1/4 cup cheese, Italian seasoning and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top. Serve with warm pizza sauce.

EASY, COLLEGE STUDENT STROMBOLI
This is cheap, easy and yummy! I bought all the indgredients for under $7. Add a salad and you've got yourself a meal. If you cut it in half it easily serves two people.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- On a cookie sheet or large piece of foil roll out pizza dough.
- Arrange mozerella and pepperoni like you are making a pizza.
- Add a favorite Italian seasoning if you have one. I add some oregano and basil.
- Roll it up.
- Pinch the ends closed.
- Spray the outside of the roll with cooking spray and (optional) sprinkle with parmesean cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
- Make some knife marks in the top of the roll to keep it from bubbling out.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until ends are no longer doughy.
- Heat up some pizza/marinara sauce in the microwave for dipping and you are good to go!

ITALIAN COLD CUT STROMBOLI
This stromboli uses frozen bread dough making it a quick dish to throw together on a busy night or weekend.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook one minute more, stirring constantly to prevent the garlic from burning. Cool completely.
- On two greased baking sheets, roll each loaf of dough into 16"x10" rectangles.
- Spread each with 2 Tbs. of pesto and sprinkle with the onion mixture.
- Lay basil leaves down the center of each loaf.
- Arrange the salami, prosciutto, capicola ham and mozarella cheese over each rectangle to within 1/2" of edges.
- Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long edge.
- Pinch seams to seal, and tuck ends under.
- Brush with remaining pesto and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 375 and spray a cookie sheet with nonstick spray.
- On a lightly floured surface, press pizza dough into a 9x12 rectangle.
- Top with mozzarella, leaving a 1/2 to 1 inch border.
- Top with proscuitto, pepperoni and diced roasted red peppers.
- Roll up jelly-roll style, seal the edges and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes or until golden.
- Serve with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping.

- Press with your fingertips into a 12x8-inch rectangle.
