CHOCOLATE GLAZE FOR BUNDT CAKES
This glaze sets up nicely to drizzle over a bundt cake, and is very easy to put together. I usually have all the ingredients in my pantry. Real brandy or rum can be used in place of the flavoring if you like. Also, Espresso powder can be used for flavoring.

Steps:
- 1. Melt the butter. Add all other ingredients. Stir until well mixed, shiny, and smooth. Add more water if you want it thinner at this point.
- 2. This thickens a bit upon standing. Drizzle over the bundt cake when it's slightly thicker so it can slowly run down the sides of the cake.
CHOCOLATE GLAZE
This thin chocolate glaze is the perfect icing for a quick cake, doughnut, or dessert topping. The icing firms up to make a glossy finish.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Combine the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and stir until melted. (Be careful not to overheat the chocolate as it could seize.) Alternatively, put the chocolate and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on medium for about 1 minute. Stir and continue to heat for about 15 seconds at a time, stirring between intervals, until the chocolate and butter are melted and smooth.
- Sift the confectioners' sugar into a small bowl.
- Stir the sifted confectioners' sugar into the melted butter and chocolate. Beat the mixture, adding small amounts of boiling water until thinned as desired. If you happen to find it too thin, add a little more powdered sugar. If too thick, add more hot water.
- Slowly drizzle the chocolate glaze from the pot or bowl over your cooled, finish baked good. If desired, use a spatula to evenly distribute. How long the glaze will take to harden will depend on both the temperature of the glaze and the room. Once cool, it will harden.

EASY CHOCOLATE BUNDT CAKE GLAZE
Simple to make with only three ingredients with a variety of uses. Great to use over Bundt cake because it sets up nicely. The extra sauce may be refrigerated and reheated to serve over ice cream or your favorite dessert. I came up with this once when I didn't have any confectioner's sugar to make a glaze for a Bundt cake.

Steps:
- 1. In a saucepan, over medium-low heat, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Do not let it bubble. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
- 2. Let cool slightly before glazing cake. It hardens fairly quickly, so work fast if you want toppings like nuts or coconut, etc. to stick.
- 3. *Note: You can make ahead and refrigerate if you like, and pop it in the microwave to reheat. Enjoy!!

PERFECT CHOCOLATE GANACHE + HOW TO GLAZE A CAKE!
This is chocolate ganache is really easy and you only need two ingredients! Pour it over cakes or let it cool and frost your cupcakes with it! The first time I made ganache I screwed it up because I stirred it too soon. I also measured the chocolate chips all wrong because (don't laugh) I thought; 8oz = 1 cup, nope; it's actually a weight measurement. Chocolate chips usually come in 12 oz bags, so use 2/3 of the bag (which is roughly 1 1/3 cup measured). This tutorial will save you from my past pitfalls and before you know it, you'll be pouring ganache over everything you can get your hands on! Note: If you want more ganache, use the full 12 oz bag and 12 oz (1 1/2 cups) of whipping cream.

Steps:
- Bring heavy cream to a simmer on the stove top, stirring occasionally. Just as soon as you see a simmer, remove from heat and poor over chocolate chips, swirling the bowl to make sure all chips are covered.
- Place lid on chocolate chips to trap the heat and let sit undisturbed (no mixing) for 5 minutes. Remove lid and swirl the chocolate chips with a whisk starting in the center and working outward until smooth. It will turn into velvety ganache right before your eyes and you'll get excited.
- Once it's velvety, let it sit uncovered at room temperature (70˚F) for about 15 minutes before pouring it over your cake. It was perfect for glazing the entire surface of a cake roll after 15 minutes (it should coat a spoon nicely when ready for cake coverage - set your timer!).
- Place cake on a wire rack over a rimmed platter or rimmed baking sheet. Pour your ganache evenly over the top of your cake until desired coverage is reached. You can lift up the wire rack and re-use the chocolate ganache that drips onto the platter.

Steps:
- Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
- Set the cook time to 2 minutes and start the microwave. Do not step away. Stop the microwave every 15-20 seconds and stir the chocolate with a rubber spatula. At first, the chocolate will still be solidified, but this will help to evenly distribute the heat.
- As soon as the chocolate is almost completely melted with only a few solid pieces left, remove it from the microwave. This will likely not take the full 2 minutes.
- Add the butter to the bowl and stir. The heat from the melted chocolate will melt the butter and the solid chocolate pieces to create a smooth glaze. Use immediately.

EASY WHITE CHOCOLATE AND VANILLA BUNDT CAKE RECIPE
Steps:
- Grease and flour your bundt pan (it should have at least 10 cups capacity)
- Make the milk & white chocolate mixture: Transfer the chopped white chocolate to a heatproof bowl and add the hot milk. Wait for 1 minute and stir well to combine. Add the vanilla, the salt and the egg whites and stir well with a fork. Let it come to room temperature before you add it to the flour mixture.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Mix the dry ingredients: Transfer the flour, the baking powder, the sugar and the butter to the bowl of your electric mixer. Beat until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Finish the cake batter: Add two thirds of the milk mixture to the bowl and beat for two minutes. Scrape the bottom of the bowl with a spatula, add the rest of the milk mixture and beat for another one and a half minute more, until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
- Bake: Pour the batter into your prepared bundt pan and bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it rest for ten minutes and invert to wire rack. Let it cool completely.
- Make the white chocolate glaze: transfer all the ingredients for the glaze to a heatproof bowl and melt over a water bath (you can also melt it in a small pot over low heat). Let it come to room temperature. Drizzle the glaze over the cake and sprinkle with sliced almonds. Slice and eat!

- For the cake: In a large bowl, stir the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, eggs, and sour cream until combined well. You can also do this with a mixer. Fold in the 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips.
- Pour mixture into the Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. My oven cooks fast and it was done after 50 minutes so make sure you start checking it then. Let cake cool 5-10 minutes in the pan and then invert on a plate. Cool completely.
- For the Glaze: In a microwave safe bowl, heat both chocolate chips and the Cool Whip for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. The mixture will be a little thin but will thicken a bit as it sets. If you like a thicker glaze add about 1/2 cup or more of powdered sugar and stir until smooth before glazing the cake.

- Next, prepare your bundt pan by greasing it well with 2-3 tsp butter or margarine and "flouring" it with cocoa powder. Tap our as much of the excess cocoa powder as you can - you only want a very thin layer to coat the inside of the cake pan so it disappears as the cake bakes.
- After the bundt pan is greased and floured, measure the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt into a large mixing bowl. Give the mixture a stir with a wire whisk to combine all the ingredients.
- To a separate bowl add the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla and whisk them together with a fork.
