EASY CHEESEBURGER BAKE CASSEROLE
A comfort food casserole with seasoned ground beef, Bisquick, and cheese. This hot dish serves 6 to 8 people for a casual dinner party.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook ground beef and onions together in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess oil if necessary.
- Return meat to pan and add cream cheese and ranch seasoning. Stir to melt cheese and combine until creamy.
- Spray a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray and add meat mixture to the bottom.
- Layer on the mushrooms and 1 1/2 cup of the cheese.
- Stir together Bisquick, milk, basil, pepper, and eggs until blended. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes or until a pick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake about 2 more minutes until cheese is melted.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

This is my delicious and easy to make Bisquick Cheeseburger Pie recipe.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Brown ground beef and onion together until meat is cooked. Mix in salt. Spread in bottom of glass baking pan. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- In a separate bowl, mix together Bisquick, milk and eggs (mixture is supposed to be runny). Pour mixture over meat and cheese.
- Bake in oven 25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Makes 6 servings.
