CAMPFIRE POTATOES
We like grilling because it's a no-fuss way to make a meal. This pleasing potato recipe is one we use often! - Place the potatoes and onion on a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 20 in. x 20 in.); dot with butter. Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes. , Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth. Seal the edges of foil well. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

CAMPFIRE POTATOES
An easy side dish recipe you can cook on the campfire, on the grill, or in the oven, And since everything is cooked in a foil pack, there is minimal prep work and clean up.

Steps:
- Start your campfire, light your grill, or preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Spray a large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil, or a double thickness of regular foil with olive oil or cooking spray. Spread the potatoes and onion onto the foil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss to coat.
- Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute across the top of the potatoes.
- Fold over the aluminum foil to form a pouch, pour in water, and seal all of the edges.
- Place on the campfire, grill, or oven and cook for 20-30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and minced chives or scallions, if desired.

- Sauté onions in butter. Place in shallow one quart baking dish or small skillet, brushed with butter. Add flour, salt,pepper. Mix well; add cheese. Pour milk over cheese top with frozen potatoes.
- Cover bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are thawed mix well return to oven uncovered for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
