- Press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Place on 2 large or 3 small greased cookie sheets. Top each round with pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni.

EASY BISCUIT MINI PIZZAS
These mini pizza are crazy easy to make with biscuit dough. Kids love these for a snack!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease a large muffin pan and assemble all ingredients.
- Press a biscuit into each cavity of your muffin pan, creating a well in the center.
- Add half a tablespoon of tomato sauce to the well of the biscuit, then top with 1 Tablespoon of cheese and three mini pepperonis.
- Bake for 12 minutes, until crusts of the mini pizzas are golden brown.
MINI PIZZAS
Mini Pizzas are made with canned biscuits, pizza, sauce, pepperoni, cheese, and spices and ready in less than 20 minutes! They're baked in a muffin tin, and since they're individually made, everyone in the family can top their own!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a muffin tin with nonstick spray and set aside.
- Cut each of the biscuits in half and gently press each half into a cavity of the tin, pinching the dough together to make a circle.
- Add 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce to each of the doughs and gently spread around.
- Add a pinch of pizza seasoning or dried oregano to each pizza.
- Top the sauce with 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese on each pizza.
- Add 3 (quartered) pepperoni pieces to each pizza.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Run a paring knife around the edge of the pizzas to loosen them from the pan.

- Heat oven to 375. Spray large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray or use a pizza stone.
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Place biscuits 2 1/2 inches apart on baking surface. Flatten each biscuit to 3 1/2 inches round with 1/4 inch rim around outside edge.
- In a small bowl, combine egg yolk and water; beat well. Brush tops and sides of biscuits. Sprinkle each with sesame seeds.
- Add all remaining ingredients, except pizza cheese blend, to ground beef; cook about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Spoon about 1/4 cup ground beef mixture onto each biscuit round. Sprinkle each with cheese.
- Bake at 375 for 12 to 17 minutes or until biscuits are golden and cheese is bubbly.

- In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic salt over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Separate biscuits. Place 3 in. apart on greased baking sheets; flatten into 3-in. circles. Spread each with pizza sauce. Sprinkle with half of the Parmesan cheese. Top with meat mixture and mushrooms. Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
