Steps:
- Line baking sheet with a silicon baking liner or wax paper
- Cut marshmallows in strips (about 5 strips per marshmallow)
- Pour some of the pink sprinkles in a small bowl
- Dip the "sticky side" of the strips of marshmallows in the sprinkles and set aside (these make the bunny ears)
- Melt the chocolate according to the directions on the package
- Once fully melted, pour the chocolate on the baking sheet and spread evenly using a spatula (don't make it too thick, or it will be difficult to "break" in the right places)
- Immediately (before the chocolate begins to set) place the marshmallow "bunny ears", candy eyes and one mini chocolate chip (as the bunny mouth) scattered throughout the chocolate. Leave some space between the bunnies to "break" them in pieces
- Place in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes
- Once the chocolate is completely set - use a knife to "guide" the breaks to make the bark
- Serve & Enjoy!

~ EASTER - BUNNY BARK ~ EASY
My sister made this bark last Easter and brought it to snack on, while waiting until dinner was served. She told me how easy it was, so I decided to try it. It definitely was a cinch to make. My kids had a hand in it too. A great way to spend family time and get your kids involved in the kitchen. Use your imagination with...

Steps:
- 1. Line a 10 x 15 cookie sheet with wax paper. Cover the bottom of sheet with pretzels. Doesn't have to be perfect. Set aside.
- 2. Place the almond bark in a medium microwavable safe bowl. Start melting for 90 seconds. Stir and repeat in 30 second intervals or until chocolate is melted.
- 3. Once melted, pour the bark over the pretzels and spread chocolate to cover. Don't worry if the pretzels around the edges are covered. Sprinkle the M&M's evenly over the chocolate. Now, decorate with whatever you choose. I used hot pink crystals and pearls. Cool in refrigerator, or I sat mine outside.
- 4. Once set and hard, break into pieces. Store in a baggie or container with a lid until ready to use. I keep mine refrigerated. I think mine turned out adorable. Have fun with it! Get the kids involved with the decorating. Mine loved helping.

- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark at 30 second intervals in the microwave until the candy can be stirred smooth (about 1 minute 30 seconds). In a separate bowl, microwave the sky blue candy wafers until they are melted and can be stirred smooth. Transfer the blue melted candy to a disposable piping bag. You may use a plastic zip-top bag if you don’t have a disposable piping bag.
- Quickly spread the almond bark on the parchment paper into a rectangle about 15x11-inches. Snip a small hole in the tip of the piping bag and pipe lines of blue candy across the white almond bark. Drag a toothpick through the blue candy lines to marble the bark. Quickly sprinkle on the assorted Easter candies and silver dragees, if using.
- Allow the candy to stand at room temperature until set, about 30 minutes. Lift the sheet of candy from the parchment paper and break it into pieces. Store the candy in an air-tight container, or place it in cellophane bags tied with pretty ribbon for an Easter basket goodie.

- Pour the melted chocolate on to the parchment lined baking pan and smooth out evenly with a rubber spatula.
- Scatter the marshmallow bunnies through out the bark. Next, sprinkle the mini marshmallows and jelly beans all over the bark. Finally, generously sprinkle with the rainbow jimmies sprinkles. You will have to add these items rather quickly as the bark begins to harden within 5 minutes and then nothing will stick to it.

- Melt the semi-sweet chocolate. Use a double boiler or microwave. If using the microwave, stop and stir the chocolate every 20 seconds to help avoid seizing. Pour onto prepared baking sheet and spread out into a large rectangle. Set in the refrigerator to chill for 20 minutes or until no longer wet-looking.
- During this time, melt the white chocolate and let it sit for 5-10 minutes before pouring on top of the cold bottom layer. (The high heat on the cold bottom layer may prevent the two layers from sticking together.) Spread the white chocolate into an even layer on top, then decorate with candies.
- Allow the bark to set at room temperature in a cool, dry environment– this usually takes around 45 minutes. If needed, you can stick it in the refrigerator to help speed things up. Once hardened, break into pieces as large or as small as you want.
