SWEET AND SOUR MEATBALLS IN SAUCE
A family recipe (from my mother-in-law) for a unique twist on traditional meatballs. These are baked in a wonderful tomato-based sweet and sour sauce, which is delicious over rice! I doubled the original sauce recipe. We love extra sauce, and this recipe will make a lot.

HONEY-GARLIC MOOSE MEATBALLS
Bull moose is the best meat to use with this recipe. Have a pro, or yourself grind it like hamburger.

MOOSE MEATBALLS
Our family has found these meatballs in tangy sauce a great use for moose. I was glad to find a good recipe that incorporates ground moose meat, since we eat a lot of moose steaks and I like to use it differently for a change. -Janis Plourde, Smooth Rock Falls, Ontario

DWAYNE'S SWEET & SOUR MOOSE MEAT BALLS
This photo is of my youngest son Dwayne. This recipe was one that he cooked for me, when I visited him in Cody, WY. a few years ago. The recipe is very good. If you don't have moose...you can always substitute beef. The demium jacket he has on, I embellished a moose on the back just for him! This is the first time I ever...
