RHUBARB DUM DUM
A delicate, delightful, and simple cake. Real comfort food! I make it when I am in a hurry (when company is coming or I am dying to have some dessert). This cake works really well with apples and berries, too! Enjoy warm with frozen yogurt.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a deep pie dish.
- Place rhubarb into the bottom of the prepared pie dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. Mash the butter and sugar together in a bowl until the mixture is creamy and well blended; beat in eggs, milk, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth. In a separate bowl, stir the flour and baking powder together; gently stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Spread the resulting batter over the rhubarb in the pie dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is lightly browned and the rhubarb is bubbling, about 45 minutes. Serve warm.

PUMPKIN PIE DUMP CAKE
This is one recipe that is to die for. Sweet and moist, it's like a pie and a cake as one! Use more pecans, if desired, and top it with ice cream.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Drizzle with butter. Top with pecans.
- Bake in the preheated oven 50 to 60 minutes. Cool before serving.

PECAN PIE DUMP CAKE
A delicious dump dessert with luscious, gooey pecan pie filling and crisp cake mix topping coming together in virtually no time. Tons of flavor.

Steps:
- 1. In large bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, caramel topping and a 1/4 cup of melted butter with whisk until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour mixture into greased 9 X 13 inch pan; spread evenly over bottom of pan.
- 2. Sprinkle top with dry cake mix. Pour 3/4 cup melted butter over top.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool 20 minutes before serving. Store loosely covered in refrigerator.
