2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
1/4 cup dulce de leche (caramelized sweetened condensed milk from 13.4 oz can)*
2 tablespoons milk
1/12 piece cooled unfrosted white cake, cut into chunks (from 13x9-inch pan)**
Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
Caramel topping, if desired

Steps:

In blender, place ice cream, dulce de leche and milk. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add cake chunks; cover and blend until smooth, stopping blender to scrape down sides if necessary.
Pour into 2 glasses; top with sweetened whipped cream and drizzle with caramel. Serve immediately.

1½ cups ice cream (about 3 large scoops, slightly softened)
½ to ¾ cup milk (any percentage)
Seeds scraped from ½ vanilla bean or 1 teaspoon real vanilla extract
3 tablespoons chocolate sauce
1 large banana
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup chopped strawberries
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
4 Oreos
1 additional Oreo (broken into pieces for topping)
1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon instant coffee or espresso powder
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
2 tablespoons dulce de leche

Steps:

In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and any mix-ins, and blend until pourable.
Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream if desired, and enjoy!

3 -4 ounces somebody's mother's caramel sauce
3 ounces Kahlua
3 scoops dulce de leche ice cream
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 tablespoons chocolate toffee pieces, ground
1 cup ice

Steps:

In a blender mix all ingredients together. Meanwhile, swirl caramel sauce around the rim of a glass. Pour mixture into glass and sprinkle the ground chocolate pieces on top. Enjoy!

Open the coconut milk. Scoop out the solid white part you see on top and place into a mixing bowl (do not get any of the liquid). Add the sugar. Beat for a few minutes or until stiff peaks form (when you pull the beaters straight up, the peaks formed do not fall over). Set aside.
In a blender, add the 1/2 cup coconut liquid, ice cream, and dulce de leche. Blend until smooth. Pour into serving glasses. Top with whipped cream.

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small shallow bowl. Rub the rims of 2 large or 4 small glases with a little water (coconut rum or tequila would work too). Dip the rims through the cinnamon sugar. Place the glasses in the freezer.
To a blender add 2 churros (adding more if you want an extra cinnamony flavor. I used 4 churros, but it was a little intense. So good, but a little intense), ice cream, milk, vanilla extract, coconut rum or tequila if using and 2 tablespoons warm dulce de leche. Blend until your desired consistency is reached. If you do not want chunks of churros blend until completely smooth.
Remove the glasses from the freezer and drizzle with warm dulce de leche on the insides and bottoms of the glasses. Pour in the milkshake and garnish each with a churro...or two. Bottoms up.
