Steps:
- About 1/2 hour prior to making your ball, remove cream cheese from refrigerator and soften.
- Chop onions and 3/4 jar of beef. With your hands, mix softened cream cheese, onions, Worcestershire sauce and beef; when ingredients are well mixed, shape into a ball.
- Cut remaining dried beef into small pieces and place on cheese ball in layers and cover.
- Refrigerate before serving.
- Serve with crackers.

- Taste, add more accent if needed a little at a time.
- Then forml into a ball.
- roll the ball in the rest of the beef.
- Refrigerate until firm about a hour.
- Serve with crackers.

- Chop the salty dried beef and green onions, and shred the cheddar cheese (if you didn't buy it already shredded to save time).
- Mix in the dried beef, green onions, and cheddar cheese with the stand mixer.
- If the cheese ball mixture requires additional seasoning, season with salt and pepper.
- Scoop out the dried beef cheese ball mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap.
