PULL-APART PIGS IN A BLANKET

Steps:

• On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a 10-by-15-inch rectangle. Cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise into ten 5-by-3-inch pieces. Wrap each piece around a hot dog; pinch edges of dough to seal. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze until firm, about 20 minutes.
• Preheat oven to 375°F; brush a 9-inch springform pan with oil. Place a 4-ounce ramekin in center of pan. Trim edges of wrapped hot dogs flat (discarding excess); cut each crosswise into thirds. Brush dough with oil and arrange in pan cut-sides up, spaced 1/2 inch apart.
• Cover with parchment-lined foil and bake until puffed and set, about 35 minutes. Uncover; continue baking until golden, 15 to 25 minutes more. Serve warm, with mustard or ketchup in ramekin.

DRESSED UP PIGS IN A BLANKET

Steps:

• Preheat oven according to crescent roll package, around 375.
• Unroll crescents, leaving intact.
• Pinch seams together; cut lengthwise into five strips. Then, cut crosswise to make ten smaller strips.
• Roll each strip around a little smokie, then roll in the parm and garlic salt. Place in a baking pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
• Bake according to package directions (11-13 minutes).

PIGS IN A PUFF PASTRY BLANKET

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
• Roll out a thawed puff pastry sheet and cut it in 12 equal squares, using a knife or a pizza cutter.
• Place half of the sausage in each square diagonally and fold the puff pastry from the both sides.
• In a small bowl, whisk an egg with half a tablespoon of water and brush it over the pastry.
• Sprinkle the top of the pastry with sesame seeds and poppy seeds.
• Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes, until the pastry is golden/brown color.
• Serve warm with a side of ketchup or mustard.
