- Choose how many servings you want to freeze, use the 1x, 2x, 3x button to double or triple the ingredients.
- Cut all the fruit and add into individual freezer bags (1/2 cup dragon fruit, 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 banana) close to avoid freezer burn.
- Lay flat in the freezer (or if you have room, on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer).
- Freeze until frozen, and store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
- When it's time to make the dragon fruit smoothie pack, simply add the fruit and 1/2 cup almond milk (per bag/serving) to a blender and continue with the directions below.
