DRACULA CUPCAKES
Here's a fang-tastic look for cake mix cupcakes. Dye prepared frosting with food coloring, add candies for the face.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
- Make and bake cake mix as directed on box for 24 cupcakes. Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Stir food colors into frosting for purple color. Frost cupcakes.
- To decorate each cupcake, sprinkle miniature chocolate chips along top for hair; use 2 candy-coated candies for eyes, 3 licorice candies for nose and mouth and 2 white baking chips for fangs.

Licorice eyebrows and candy corn stand in for Dracula's eyes and fangs in these creamy, easy-to-make Halloween dessert cups.

- Crush 8 of the cookies; set aside. Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min. until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add enough ice to cold water to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin; stir until slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Remove any unmelted ice. Add whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Add food colorings; mix well. Refrigerate 20 min. or until mixture is very thick and will mound.
- Spoon 1/4 cup of the gelatin mixture into each plastic cup. Top each with 1 Tbsp. of the crushed cookies; cover with 1/4 cup of the gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
- Spread tops of the remaining cookies with decorating icing. Decorate each to resemble Dracula's face using licorice pieces for the mouth, nose and eyebrows, candy corn for the fangs and cinnamon candies for the eyes. Insert a pop stick into side of each decorated cookie. Insert 1 into each dessert just before serving.

SCARY HALLOWEEN PUDDING CUPS
I love Halloween recipes! With this recipe, you have two options. 1. You can make your cups look like Frankenstein monsters. 2. You can make your cups look like Jack O Lanterns. Just had to share this one because it is so cute! From Kraft Foods.

Steps:
- MELT chocolate in microwave as directed on package.
- Use a clean small paint brush to paint a monster face on the inside of each of four clear 5-oz. plastic cups with the melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- ADD milk and food coloring to dry pudding mix in medium bowl.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 minute or until well blended.
- Immediately pour into prepared cups.
- TOP with the cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Store any leftover desserts in refrigerator.
- Variation - Jack-O'-Lantern Cups.
- Prepare as directed, except paint jack-o'-lantern faces inside the cups and substitute 2 drops red food coloring and 4 drops yellow food coloring for the green food coloring.
- Insert a pretzel log into top of each filled pudding cup for the pumpkin stem.

- Preheat oven to 350*F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper; set aside. In a large mixing bowl beat butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. Beat until combined, scraping side of bowl occasionally. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. - Prepare cookies as directed on package or according to your favorite recipe. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Cut each cookie in half for a total of 48 halves.
