Steps:
- 1. combine first three ingredients. Heat to a boil stiring to dissolve sugar, when boiling point is reached add pectin, stir constantlywhile bringing back to boiling point, boil for 30 seconds. skim off foam, pour into hot jars, put lids on and processin hot water bath for 5 minutes.cool on counter and refrigerate after.

- Mix Dr. Pepper, powdered pectin and lemon juice in a large saucepan.
- Add coloring, if desired.
- Measure sugar into a bowl to add later.
- Place Dr. Pepper mixture over high heat and stir until mixture comes to a hard boil.
- At once stir in sugar.
- Bring to a full rolling boil and boil hard one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off foam with metal spoon and pour quickly into glasses.
- Cover at once with 1/8-inch hot paraffin.
- Allow several days to set.

Whip up an easy jelly dessert with this Dr Pepper jello salad with pineapples, cherry, and chopped pecans. Prep it in 5 minutes!

- Bring water to a boil.
- Add jello to a large bowl and pour boiling water over it, stir until jello mixture dissolves, and add in the Dr Pepper. The mixture will fizz up, so make sure to use a large bowl and do it over the sink just in case. Place in the fridge to cool for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, grease a nonstick bundt pan with cooking spray.
- Once the 30 minutes have passed, add the remaining ingredients to the jello mixture and then pour into the prepared pan. Let chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- If making in a bundt pan or another pan where the jello salad will need to be flipped out, gently pull the jello away from the side of the pan with your fingers to help loosen it before flipping.

- 1. Combine sugar, Dr. Pepper & lemon juice in a large saucepan. Add food color if desired and mix well. Place over high heat* and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
- 2. Stir in liquid pectin at once. Bring to a full rolling boil. Boil hard 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- 3. Remove from heat; skim off foam with a metal spoon. Pour quickly into hot sterilized pint size jars and seal. Refrigerate.
