Steps:
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with whisk until blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP. Spread onto bottom of crust.
- Whisk pumpkin, dry pudding mixes, spices and remaining milk in medium bowl 2 min. (Mixture will be thick.) Spread over cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Serve topped with remaining COOL WHIP.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 10-inch fluted tube cake pan with shortening; lightly flour.
- In large bowl, beat 1 1/3 cups sugar and the eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until slightly frothy. Add melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and the yogurt; stir with spoon to combine.
- In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt with whisk. Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients just until combined.
- In small bowl, stir together Streusel ingredients.
- Pour one-third of cake batter into pan. Sprinkle with one-third of streusel mixture. Repeat layers 2 more times.
- Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Place serving plate upside down over pan; invert plate and pan. Remove pan. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- In another small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and enough milk to form a thick Glaze. Pour glaze over completely cooled cake. Let stand until glaze is set before cutting into slices.

- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8- or 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray. Pour 1/3 cup melted butter into pan; turn pan to coat with butter. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter. Arrange cherries and pecans on sugar mixture.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, granulated sugar, milk, 2 tablespoons softened butter and egg until combined; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spoon batter evenly over cherries and pecans.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Immediately place heatproof plate upside down on pan; carefully turn plate and pan over to remove coffee cake. Cool 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle, adding additional water, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency. Drizzle glaze over warm coffee cake.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour bottom only of loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
- Mix flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder; set aside. Beat butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in flour mixture alternately with yogurt, beating until smooth after each addition.
- Remove 1 cup of the batter; stir in dry coffee. Pour half of the plain batter into pan. Drop coffee batter by spoonfuls onto batter in pan. Add remaining plain batter. Swirl batters deeply with handle of wooden spoon for marbled design.
- Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaf from pan; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour, before slicing.

- Preheat oven to 350F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil for easier cleanup and spray with cooking spray; set aside.
- To a large bowl, add the eggs, sugar, pumpkin, oil, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, and whisk to combine.
- Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and stir until just combined, don't overmix.
- Turn batter out into prepared pan, smoothing the top lightly with a spatula; set aside.
- To a medium bowl, add the flour, sugars, salt*, and stir with fork to combine. See Notes below.
- Drizzle in the melted butter and mix and fluff with a fork to combine until small pebbles form. Tip - Do not 'stir' this mixture; fluff it with the fork to encourage crumbles to form. Stirring will smooth it out and prevent the crumbles from forming. If the mixture seems very moist and crumbles aren't forming, add an additional 2-3 tablespoons flour to dry it out.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the cake and bake for about 46 to 51 minutes (I baked 48 minutes) or until the center is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs, but no batter.
- Set cake aside on a cooling rack to cool for about 30 minutes before glazing it.
- To a small bowl, add the confectioners' sugar, milk, and whisk to combine. Depending on the desired consistency, you may need to play with the sugar and milk ratios slightly.
- Evenly drizzle the cake with the glaze.

- Preheat oven to 350f degrees.
- Lightly spray the bottom only of a 9x13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a stand mixer, (or large mixing bowl) mix together pumpkin pie mix and eggs.
- Then mix in cake mix and melted butter. Mix for a full 2 minutes.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake for about 45-55 minutes (center of the cake shouldn't be jiggly.)
- Allow cake to cool completely then spread the frosting on top.
- Cut into 12 squares and serve!
