Doritos Cheddar Baked Chicken Recipes

DORITOS® CHICKEN CHEESE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
• Spread crushed chips out into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
• Stir chicken, 1 cup Mexican cheese blend, salsa, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream together in a bowl. Pour chicken mixture over crushed chips into the baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Spread remaining 1 cup cheese over the casserole and bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 5 minutes more.

CHEDDAR BAKED CHICKEN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Coat a medium baking dish with 1/4 cup melted butter.
• In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a separate bowl, beat together the egg and milk. In a third bowl, mix the cheese, bread crumbs, cereal. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then press in the breadcrumb mixture to coat. Arrange in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle 2 tablespoons butter evenly over chicken.
• Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear.

DORITOS CHICKEN RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat an oven to 180°C (350°F).
• In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
• Now, in another separate bowl, add the eggs.
• In yet another bowl, add the crushed Doritos.
• Dip the chicken into the flour, egg mixture, then the Doritos.
• On a lined baking tray, place the coated pieces of chicken.
• Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
• Serve & Enjoy.

DORITO CHICKEN

Steps:

• Crush doritos, enough to just cover the bottom of a 2 quart casserole.
• Mix all other ingredients, except cheese, and place on top of doritos.
• Crush another layer of doritos on top.
• Sprinkle cheese over all.
• Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

DORITOS CHEDDAR BAKED CHICKEN

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice your chicken into strips. Whisk together the eggs and milk in one bowl. In a second bowl, toss together the shredded cheddar, packet of Mac & Cheese powder, and taco seasoning. Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture. Coat with Cheese Press the chicken into the cheddar mixture to coat one side with the cheese mixture. Flip the chicken to the other side, press until cheese coats the chicken completely. Place cheddar-coated chicken onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 18-22 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.

CREAMY CHICKEN DORITO CASSEROLE RECIPE

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350° and spray a 9×13 inch pan with nonstick spray
• In a large bowl combine, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning until well mixed.
• Then add the Rotel and corn.
• Add the shredded cooked chicken.
• Add 1 cup of the shredded cheddar cheese and mix.
• Pour the chicken mixture into the pan and smooth out.
• Place in the oven and bake until bubbly.
• Remove and sprinkle with crushed Doritos.
• Add the remaining cup of cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
• Remove from the oven.
• Serve with chopped cilantro, sour cream, or your choice of toppings.
