NO-KNEAD GARLIC PULL-APART BREAD LOAF
No-Knead Garlic Pull-Apart Bread Loaf: This is a foolproof recipe provided you just follow the steps, watch your measurements of flour, and have good yeast. I have just two words to describe this bread....simply delicious.

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast and one tablespoon of sugar the warm yeast. Stir and leave to proof for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add the flour, remaining sugar, garlic powder, melted butter, green onions, eggs, and salt inside the proofed yeast. Stir with a wooden spoon till a wet mass of dough is formed. About 1-2 minutes.
- Cover the bowl and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare two 9×5 loaf pans by brushing them with butter and sprinkling some flour over it to coat all the inside of the pan.
- Remove the dough from the bowl, place it on a lightly floured work surface and divide it into two halves. Use your fingers to flatten out the dough and brush with the butter garlic mixture.
- Roll the dough into a loaf shape and place in gently place the shaped dough inside the loaf pan.
- Cover the pan with a clean damp kitchen towel and leave to rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Bake in a 350F preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or till a skewer inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean. Enjoy!

So called because my kids hang around the grill like seagulls fighting over a crumb when I am making these. I have said that it serves four,but I always have to make more. It has never actually made it to the table yet ......

Steps:
- Cut hotdog rolls in half vertically and hotizantally so you have 16 pieces.
- Add crushed garlic to butter, with Itailian Seasoning.
- Mix well.
- Spread liberally onto the buns, we want lots of yummy butter!
- Place buns on tray and grill until golden and crunchy around the edges.
- Sprinkle with a small bit of paprika.

- Whisk together flour, yeast and salt in a large mixing bowl. Combine water, sugar and olive oil in a microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Microwave on high for 45 seconds or until it reaches 120° to 130°F (if it gets hotter, leave thermometer in until it cools to within this range). Add to flour mixture and stir with a spoon until combined.
- Spread dough into a greased or parchment-lined 13 x 9-inch pan . (Don’t worry if the dough isn’t even or stretching to the corners.) Cover with towel; let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes .
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees with a baking stone or baking sheet positioned on the lowest rack.
- Using your finger, gently poke holes into the dough about every inch, going nearly to the bottom of the dough. Stir garlic into melted butter and drizzle over bread, using your fingers to spread it evenly over top. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Let dough rest an additional 15 minutes while the baking stone/sheet continues to preheat (should preheat about 30 minutes total).
