DO-AHEAD RAVIOLI SAUSAGE LASAGNA

Steps:
- In 10-inch skillet, cook sausage over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain.
- In ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce. Arrange single layer of frozen ravioli over sauce; evenly pour 1 cup pasta sauce over ravioli. Sprinkle evenly with 1 1/2 cups sausage and 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, pasta sauce and sausage.
- Cover tightly with foil; refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Bake covered 45 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 cups mozzarella and the Parmesan cheese. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and lasagna is hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 400° F. Spray a 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish (or two 8-inch dishes) with cooking spray.
- Pour a very thin layer of marinara sauce into the prepared baking dish to cover bottom (about ½ cup).
- Arrange half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.
- Top with half of the remaining marinara sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers once, starting with ravioli. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake, uncovered, for 20-25 more minutes or until bubbly and hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until done. Drain off fat. Add prepared marinara sauce and stir until combined.
- In an oven-proof 11 x 14 baking dish, spread on 1/3 of the sausage mixture. Layer on ravioli. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over pasta.
- Spread another layer of sausage sauce over cheese. Place remaining ravioli over sauce. Ladle on remaining sauce. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- In a small bowl, mix together panko bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over mozzarella cheese. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue cooking until ravioli bake is bubbling and slightly brown on top. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.

- put it back into the large skillet, and add salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- In a large saucepan, cook onion, and zucchini in margarinejust until tender crisp, and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- In a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of sauce, layer 1/2 of ravoli,half spaghetti sauce, half beef, and half cheese.
- Repeat again except omit the cheese.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle remaining cheese.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

This originally came from a Betty Crocker softcover #190. It has to be prepared at least 8 hours before dinner, so you'll have plenty of clean-up time before the guests arrive! The prep time does not include the 8 hrs. fridge time.

- Cook the sausage in a 10-inch skillet until no longer pink.
- Drain the grease.
- Spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce in an ungreased 13x9x2" baking pan.
- In the pan, arrange a single layer of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Evenly pour another 1 cup of sauce over the ravioli.
- Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of the sausage over this, then 1 cup of the mozzarella on top of the sausage.
- Repeat layers with remaining ravioli, sauce and sausage.
- Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil and refrigerate at least 8 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
- When ready to bake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake covered for 45 minutes.

- Bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is melted.
