This is a recipe from Mr. Food who says that all you do is mix, pour and bake -- nothing to it! And it's good, too! You may choose to use all white-meat or all dark meat pieces of chicken here.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well. Add chicken pieces and coat well.
- Place chicken in a 9" x 13" baking dish and pour remaining mixture over top. Bake 1 hour, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

Steps:
- In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, melt butter or margarine. Salt and pepper chicken pieces, and place them in dish. Sprinkle with onion soup mix, add mushroom soup, and spread dry rice evenly over all. Add 2 cups of water. Seal with foil.
- Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for approximately 1 hour .

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Prepare medium baking dish with non-stick spray.
- 2. Place beef slices, one or two at a time (your preference), but cover the entire bottom of the dish.
- 3. Wash chicken breasts and place on top of beef slices. DO NOT SEASON...soup has sufficient seasoning.
- 4. Spread UNDILUTED soup over chicken breasts. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
- 5. Bake 4 hours....Do absolutely nothing! Go shopping, take a nap, read a book, but don't worry about the chicken. Each breast piece is a serving, so make what you need, increasing ingredients to accommodate guest count.
