So easy and so good for all of us seafood lovers! Serve with French bread for dipping, or over pasta (my favorite) or rice.

Ingredients

5 Tbsp butter
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme, dried
1 tsp basil, dried
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 c beer

Steps:

1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add Worcestershire and next 7 ingredients. Cook for 1 minute.
2. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat evenly.
3. Add beer and cook 1 minute longer.
4. Serve with French bread for dipping or with pasta or rice.

2 pounds shelled & deveined shrimp
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup beer

Steps:

Sauté garlic and herbs in coconut oil until garlic is slightly browned. Add shrimp stirring constantly until shrimp are pink and done. Pour in beer, simmer 1-2 minutes. Serve and enjoy!!
