DIRTY SHRIMP IN BUTTER-BEER SAUCE
Herby, spicy shrimp with a kick, in a buttery-beer "sauce". Fast, easy and delicious, serve as an appetizer, or a dinner over rice or with lots of crusty French bread to soak up all the tasty, herbalicious sauce!

Steps:
- Saute garlic and herbs in butter until garlic is slightly browned.
- Add shrimp, stirring constantly, until shrimp are pink and done.
- Pour in beer, simmer 1 minute more, and serve!
DIRTY SHRIMP
So easy and so good for all of us seafood lovers! Serve with French bread for dipping, or over pasta (my favorite) or rice.

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add Worcestershire and next 7 ingredients. Cook for 1 minute.
- 2. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring to coat evenly.
- 3. Add beer and cook 1 minute longer.
- 4. Serve with French bread for dipping or with pasta or rice.
DIRTY RICE WITH SHRIMP
I don't do "parts" but love shrimp and the flavors in dirty rice. This comes from Food and Wine.

Steps:
- Heat 1 Tbsp of oil at medium. Add pork and cook until no longer pink (2 minutes).
- Reduce heat to medium low and add remaining oil. Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies start to soften (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in cayenne, paprika, oregano, bay leaf, salt, black pepper and rice. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
- Add broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 15 minutes.
- Turn heat back up to medium and stir in shrimp. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and let stand covered until rice and shrimp are done (about 5 minutes).
- Remove bay leaf and stir in scallions.
