DIRTY MARGARITA

Steps:

• 1. To prepare the glass, first mix the salt and chilli powder on a small plate. Run the lime wedge around half the rim of a round tumbler or margarita glass and then dip into the chilli salt. Add the ice cube to the glass. 2. Put the tequila, triple sec, line juice, syrup, jalapeño slices and brine into a cocktail shaker. Fill three-quarters full with ice and shake until well mixed and chilled. Strain into the glass over the ice.

DIRTY MARTINI

Steps:

• Fill a shaker with ice. Add 1 ounce olive juice and 2 ounces each gin and dry vermouth. Shake well, then strain into a martini glass. Add a dash of bitters and garnish with an olive.

DIRTY MARGARITAS

Steps:

• Mix and serve over ice.

THE PERFECT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Sprinkle salt onto a plate. Lightly dip the moistened rim into the salt. Place a large ice cube in the glass and freeze the prepared glass until ready to serve.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a slice of lime.

DIRTY MARTINI

Steps:

• In a mixing glass, combine vodka, dry vermouth, brine and olives. Pour into a glass over ice. Either drink on the rocks, or strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

VAN NUYS (AKA DIRTY MARGARITA)

Steps:

• Shake and strain into a thoroughly chilled margarita glass.
• Optionally, build over ice in an old fashioned glass.
