Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine gelatin powder and yogurt. Fold in whipped topping. Spread into crust. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving.

This cool and creamy custard pie is too good to reserve only for times of indulgence. At least that's how we feel, and it's the reason we developed this lower-calorie recipe. Its limey flavor comes from the inclusion of juice, zest and one secret shortcut ingredient: Yoplait® Light Thick & Creamy Key lime pie yogurt. Adding in yogurt, along with fat-free cream cheese and Cool Whip lite, helped us recreate the trademark creamy texture and rich flavor of this pie, while avoiding the higher-calorie evaporated milk and whipped cream used in the traditional recipe. 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
4 oz (half of 8-oz package) fat-free cream cheese, softened
3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Thick & Creamy Key lime pie yogurt
1/2 cup Cool Whip lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 teaspoons grated lime peel
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz)

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, mix water and lime juice. Sprinkle gelatin on lime juice mixture; let stand 1 minute. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is dissolved. Cool slightly, about 2 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add yogurt and lime juice mixture; beat on low speed until well blended.
  • Fold in whipped topping and lime peel. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

2 (8 ounce) containers strawberry flavored yogurt
1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 cup strawberries, finely chopped
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust

Steps:

  • Mix yogurt with 3 and 1/2 cups of the dessert topping until blended. Sweeten the strawberries, if necessary. Mix in strawberries and spoon into crust.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight, if possible, until it's firm.
  • Remove from freezer and top with remainder of dessert topping. Store in freezer.

This is light, healthy and delicious. A great summer dessert. Although this is fantastic in a graham cracker pie crust, I think it would be good using Vanilla wafers too. Also, it is wonderful without the pie crust, just add some fresh fruit and you have an awesome pudding. NOTE: Match or mix the jello and yogurt flavors.

  • Mix yogurt and Jell-O, fold in Cool Whip.
  • Pour in a graham cracker crust.
  • Place in refrigerator for an hour or freezer for half an hour. Top with fruit (the same as the yogurt and Jell-O) or use Cool Whip. Serve.

3 cups sliced fresh strawberries

Steps:

  • Place boiling water in large bowl. Stir in Jello till dissolved. Chill until slightly set-- about 10- 20 minutes.
  • Stir in strawberries Chill another 10 minutes.
  • Fold in yogurt.
