COOKIE DELIGHTS
I have not tried this cookie yet, but it sounds so interesting with the bran flakes that I'm posting this so I won't lose it. This was in our Sunday paper. Let me know what you think of these, I plan on making these in the next couple of weeks.

Steps:
- Cream shortening and sugar.
- Add eggs and beat well.
- Add vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add to creamed mixture.
- Add soda and water.
- Knead to smooth dough
- Roll to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut with 2 1/2 inch cutter.
- Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 for 8 - 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F Grease and flour 13x9 pan.
- In a large bowl, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, and water. Beat on low just until blended. Increase speed to medium; beat 2 minutes.
- Stir in marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean: 35 minutes for 9x13, 45 minutes for Bundt pan, 15 minutes for cupcakes, 30 minutes for 2x9" round pans.
- Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients for frosting. Beat to spreading consistency.
- Cool completely and frost with Easy Cocoa Frosting.

I love pumpkin pie and all the variations of it...this one is called a cake...but is it cake or pie?

Steps:
- Mix the two cans of Libby's Pumpkin Pie Mix with evaporated milk and eggs according to directions.
- Pour into greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix over the top of the pumpkin.
- Sprinkle with nuts.
- Drizzle with melted butter over the top.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
- Can be enjoyed with or without whipped cream when cooled.

NO-BAKE CHOCOLATE LAYER DELIGHT | JEN'S FAVORITE COOKIES

- Crush cookies into crumbs. Melt butter and combine with cookie crumbs. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- In a bowl, use a hand mixer to whip softened cream cheese, and add sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in about half of the whipped topping. Carefully spread this mixture on top of the cookie crumbs. Refrigerate while next layer is being prepared.
- In another bowl with clean beaters, mix budding mixes with 3 1/4 cups milk. Beat for about 2 minutes, until mixture starts to thicken. Pour the pudding over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly. Return to fridge for 5-10 minutes.
- Top with remaining whipped topping, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles if desired. Keep in fridge until serving.
