DEVILED CHEX MIX
Each serving is 1/2 cup. I found this recipe in Everyday With Rachael Ray. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping.

Steps:
- In small bowl, mix sugar, paprika, chili powder, curry powder, cumin, coriander, pepper, and salt; set aside.
- In large microwavable bowl, combine oil and nuts. Microwave uncovered on HIGH about 2 minutes or until fragrant. Stir in cereals, crackers and pretzels until evenly coated. Stir in sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Microwave uncovered on HIGH 2-3 minutes, stirring every minute, until mixture is throughly heated. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.

Party Chex Mix is a traditional snack that is easy to make, and the whole family will love! Chex Mix, pretzels, nuts, and crackers are tossed in a delicious, savory spice coating. It is perfect for snacking or to bring to a party!

- Preheat your oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chex cereals, nuts, pretzels, and cheddar crackers.
- Melt the butter on the stovetop or in the microwave, and add in Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and sugar. Stir until all is well combined and all granulation has dissolved.
- Pour mixture over the cereal and carefully toss it to make sure all is evenly coated.
- Spread out onto a baking sheet evenly or use a roasting pan and bake the mix for 1 hour. Be sure to stir it every 15 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy!

HOMEMADE CHEX® PARTY MIX
This homemade snack mix recipe my mom has had since it originated in the 1940s. This was always a holiday favorite at our house. So much better than the newer versions with a richer flavor with the extra butter. This is a very hard-to-find recipe so I thought I'd share. Great to put in tins and give away. I always quadruple the recipe and store extra in freezer. Store in an airtight container or large zip-top bags.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
- Melt butter, Worcestershire, garlic salt, and celery salt over low heat in a medium saucepan until butter has dissolved, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Combine rice cereal, wheat cereal, corn cereal, oat cereal, mixed nuts, and pretzel sticks in a large mixing bowl. Pour butter mixture over and gently stir to coat all of the pieces. Transfer mixture to a large roasting pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden, about 2 hours, stirring gently every 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely, about 1 hour. Store in airtight containers.
