- Prepare brownie batter according to package directions. Spread onto a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely. , In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over brownie crust. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Toss banana slices with juice; drain well. Arrange the banana, kiwi, strawberries and pineapple over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with pecans. , In a small microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Drizzle over fruit. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare brownie mix according to package directions for cake-like brownies. Spritz two 9 inch round cake pans with non-stick cooking spray. Line with parchment paper and spritz again. Divide the brownie mix between the two pans. Bake the brownies for 15 to 20 minutes or until the middle is set. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Remove from baking pans before decorating. In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Prepare the fruit for decorating the cookie. Make sure fruit is washed, dried, and sliced (if needed). Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie. Decorate as desired with fruit. Melt milk chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir well. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Best if served immediately.
