EASY MARGARITA
This blender-drink classic is must-have at any summer party. For a strawberry margarita, add 1 cup sliced, frozen fresh strawberries (do not salt rim).

Steps:
- Run a wedge of lime, if using, around rims of two glasses. Invert each glass; dip rim into salt. Set aside. Combine sugar and lime juice in a bowl; stir until dissolved. Pour into a blender. Add tequila, Cointreau, and ice; process until smooth. Divide between two glasses; garnish with lime wedges, if using, and serve.

Steps:
- Run the lime wedge around the rim of 3 glasses to moisten them.
- Dip the rims into the salt to lightly coat the edges of the glasses.
- Place the glasses in the freezer to chill (this can be done several hours ahead of time).
- Place the ice, water, limeade, orange juice concentrate and lime juice in the container of a blender.
- Process until combined and slushy.
- Pour into the prepared glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a lime slice, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
