1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Dash of pepper
2/3 cup milk
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
1 cup Country® corn flakes cereal
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In 10-inch skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter over medium heat. Cook onion and bell pepper in butter 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
  • Stir in flour, salt, mustard and pepper. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until smooth and well mixed; remove from heat.
  • Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in corn. Pour into ungreased 1-quart casserole.
  • In small bowl, mix cereal and 1 tablespoon butter; sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and topping is golden.

2 (14 ounce) cans creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt (or less)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup soda cracker, crumpled
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

  • Mix the corn, eggs, milk, salt& pepper in a casserole dish.
  • Mix in half of the soda cracker crumbs.
  • Mix the remaining crumbs with the butter and sprinkle on top of the corn.
  • Bake uncovered in 325F oven for about 1 hour.

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1-3/4 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 34 crackers)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine cracker crumbs and cheese; sprinkle over the top. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until edges are bubbly.

15 ounces canned sweet corn (, drained)
3 large eggs
1 cup Ritz crackers (, divided)
1/2 cup unsalted butter (, divided)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 2-quart baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
  • In a large bowl whisk together creamed corn, canned sweet corn, eggs, 1/2 cup Ritz crackers, 1/4 cup unsalted butter, salt, paprika and black pepper.
  • Pour into baking dish.
  • Mix remaining 1/2 cup Ritz crackers with remaining 1/4 cup melted butter.
  • Sprinkle cracker mixture over corn.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes until crackers are golden brown.

Steps:

  • Heat corn, sugar, lemon juice and water to boiling in Dutch oven or large kettle. Boil uncovered 2 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand 10 minutes. Cut enough kernels from ears to measure 2 cups. Heat oven to 350℉ (180℃). Melt 2 tablespoons butter or margarine in 8-inch skillet. Cook and stir onion and green pepper in butter until onion is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt, paprika, mustard and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is hot and bubbly. Remove from heat. Gradually stir wine and milk into flour mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring until ready to use. Pour in un-greased 1-quart casserole. Melt 1 tablespoon butter. Remove from heat. Stir in cracker crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over corn mixture. Bake uncovered until bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.

1/2 c cream or sweetened condensed milk (use condensed milk for a sweeter taste)
1/2 c whole milk
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 Tbsp brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp butter
2 can(s) corn (white shoepeg or yellow as desired)

Steps:

  • 1. Beat eggs, stir in other ingredients.
  • 2. Pour into buttered 1 quart (950 mL) casserole dish.
  • 3. Bake for approximately 1 hour at 325degF (162.77degC) until set and knife slides out dry.
