The Most Easy and Delish Meatloaf EVER! image

This meatloaf only calls for a few easy ingredients, no chopping whatsoever! If you wish to add ketchup on top, remove the meatloaf at 50 minutes, add ketchup, then return to oven for the remaining 10 minutes.

1 egg
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers (such as RO*TEL®), undrained
1 sleeve buttery round crackers (such as Ritz®), crushed
1 teaspoon onion flakes
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste
1 ½ teaspoons seasoned salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat an oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Beat the egg in a mixing bowl, then add the ground beef, tomatoes, and crushed crackers. Season with onion flakes, garlic powder, seasoned salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly combined. Pack into a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

This is my grandma's meat loaf recipe that she has been making for years! It doesn't taste like the regular bland meatloaf. It is very affordable to make and this one has a bit of a sweet taste thanks to the sauce you put on top! It is very simple and it is made with things that people typically always have in their pantry/ fridge. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do, leave feedback and let me know! Tip: I always make more of the sauce because its so yummy! SERVE WITH: Mashed potatoes, green beans, and a pie.

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
3/4 cup whole milk
1/2 cup crushed cracker (Club or Saltine)
1/4 cup yellow onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon ground sage
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Steps:

  • Mix meat, crackers, milk, eggs, onion, parsley, sage, and salt in a large bowl with HANDS.
  • Put the mixture in an ungreased 8x10 loaf pan and shape it so that there is a small amount of space between the meatloaf and the pan on all sides.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 75 minutes or until cooked( usually just takes 75 minutes.) Check on it every now and then though.
  • Take meatloaf out and spoon the fat off the top.
  • Mix the ketchup, dry mustard, brown sugar in a small bowl and then put it on top of the meatloaf and stick it back in the oven at 375 degrees for 5 more minutes.

After trying so many, this is the perfect meatloaf! It is very moist, tender, but not mushy and does not crumble when you slice it. The cheese adds a nice moistness and flavor and the steak sauce adds a nice kick. There won't be leftovers when you serve this with mashed potatoes!

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 cup crackers or 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons steak sauce
4 tablespoons ketchup
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine ground beef, cracker crumbs, cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and onion. In a small separate bowl, mix eggs, ketchup and steak sauce. Add to meat mixture. Form into a loaf and place in the middle of a 9x13 pan. Combine sauce ingredients and cover loaf. Bake in a 350 oven for one hour.

1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup (10% ounces)
1/4 cup water

Steps:

  • Mix beef, bread crumbs and egg thoroughly.
  • In medium baking pan shape firmly into 8- by 4-inch loaf.
  • Bake at 350°F.
  • for 30 minutes.
  • Spread 1/2 can soup over top of meat loaf.
  • Bake 30 minutes more or until meat loaf is no longer pink.
  • In small saucepan mix 2 tablespoons drippings, remaining soup and water.
  • Heat through.

This is a basic meatloaf with a twist of colorful bell peppers. It taste marveloius and with the hint of colorful bell pepper it brings out color and makes it look soooo appetizing.

5 lbs chuck hamburger
1/2 lb saltine crackers (Thats 2 sealed packages from the box.)
5 large eggs
1/4 chopped small yellow onion
1 medium red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons mixed peppercorns
1/2 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In roaster pan spray with non stick oil. Set aside.
  • Put your chuck hamburger into large bowl.
  • In another medium bowl put your 5 eggs and 1/2 cup milk beat slightly.
  • Add your saltine crackers to eggs, breaking them up into crumbs and mix well.
  • Now chop up 1/2 red bell pepper and add to your egg mixture. Put rest aside for later.
  • Chop up 1/2 green bell pepper and add to egg mixture. Put the rest aside for later.
  • Add your yellow onion.
  • Now combine all ingredients using your hands to mix. Knead your hamburger turning it to mix well.
  • Place in roaster pan and shape into oblong roll.
  • Sprinkle with peppercorn.
  • Cook in oven for 1 1/2 hours
  • Add 2 cups of water and with brush coat the top with ketchup. Slice and throw in the rest of your bell peppers. Top with a mix of potatoes and carrotts.
  • Cook for 1 more hour.
  • Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
