I found this recipe in an old copy of Family Circle. We have been enjoying this drink at barbeques for years. Try it and I'm sure it will become a favorite of yours as well.

Number Of Ingredients 5

Ingredients

3 -4 medium strawberries
1 cup crushed ice
1 1/2 ounces light rum
2 ounces orange juice
1 1/2 ounces cream of coconut

Steps:

Place strawberries and ice in the container of an electric blender.
Add remaining ingredients andblend on low speed 10- 30 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.
Garnish with a fresh berry.
