BEST EVER LAMB CHOPS

Steps:
- Combine herbs and salt; rub over lamb chops. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour., Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a thermometer should read 135°; medium, 140°; medium-well, 145°). Serve with mint jelly if desired.

Steps:
- 1. Braai the chops over medium-hot coals or grill them in oven or in a griddle pan on top of the stove until nearly done. 2. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Arrange the chops on a baking sheet and spoon a little of the topping mixture onto each. 3. Grill in the oven until the topping is golden brown and bubbling.
BLUE CHEESE LAMB CHOPS

Steps:
- Season the chops with the crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Place on a grill and cook until thoroughly brown. Turn over and cook other side. Mix the cream and blue cheese together to make a paste. When second side of chops are brown, turn back over on the grill. Spread the blue cheese paste on the chops and continue to cook until the paste melts into the meat. Then they're ready.
