3 cups soy sauce (kikkoman)
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce (lea & perrins)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 dash paprika
1 dash ground pepper

Steps:

  • Using a 1 quart container Whisk all ingredients together until well blended. Seal well and all should last refrigerated 1-2 months.
  • Refrigerate.

1/2 cup tamari
1/4 cup Braggs liquid aminos
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup golden syrup
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon fish sauce

Steps:

  • If you are not gluten-sensitive, you may use 3/4 cup soy sauce in place of the tamari and liquid aminos.
  • Use any kind of mildly flavored oil of your choosing. I like Sun-Coco (sunflower-coconut oil blend) but you can use grapeseed oil, vegetable oil, a mild olive oil, or anything you like.
  • Blend all ingredients together.
  • Place in a jar, salad dressing bottle or cruet. Remember to shake before EACH use.
  • Use to marinate meat or vegetables. Let food marinate for 20 minutes to several hours, and grill or broil. This gives a lovely caramelized saltiness to every dish.

4 pork chops
1 cup Dales seasoning (more for taste)
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained (optional)

Steps:

  • I generally marinade porkchops before i go to work, but you don't have to. you do want to at least marinade for an hour so the porkchops soak up the seasoning. add a can of mixed vegetables (drained), this is optional.
  • turn the oven on to broil, hi.
  • place the porkchops on a broiling pan drain the leftover marinade over the porkchops. place in oven for 5 minutes, turn over and then another 5 minutes.
  • you're done.
  • this is good with any sides of your choice.

  • In a heavy 4 quart sauce pot over medium to high heat melt butter. Add and sauté the onions, celery, bell peppers, green onions and parsley until soft.
  • Slowly add the ROTEL tomatoes; increase temperature a little more and stir well. Add the garlic, seasonings, sugar, salt and peppers.
  • Add the corn; when corn seems to be cooked (approximately 25 minutes), add the shrimp and mushroom soups. Mix well and cook approximately 10 to 15 minutes longer.
  • Editors Note: Fresh frozen corn may be substituted, small kernel works best; ROTEL tomatoes are spicy but you can substitute with any whole tomatoes or diced tomatoes and add additional pepper spice or Tabasco.
