Super healthy, my dad got me and my siblings to eat so much healthy stuff because he put it in the waffles we never even new! Healthy nuts with healthy fats, healthy oil, no trans fats, no simple sugar honey is better for you, and fruit what could be better!

Steps:
- Combine everything in a blender and mix until combined and nuts are crushed.
- Heat up waffle iron and grease lightly with nonstick spray.
- Cook according to manufacturers directions.
- Top with pure maple syrup, butter, fat free whipped cream, fruit or whatever else you want!

- 1. Waffles: Heat griddle or electric skillet to 375 ^.Spray griddle. In a small saucepan combine the 1/3 cup brown sugar and the bacon - heat over medium heat until sugar melts and bacon is glazed - do not burn. Set aside to cool slightly.
- 2. Beat bisquick, beer and eggs with a whisk. If batter is too thick, add a little more beer until desired consistency. If any beer is left just drink it. Stir in bacon mixture.
- 3. Pour by 1/2 cup of batter onto griddle. Cook until edges are dry if making into pancakes. Serve with warm syrup and a nice scoop of soft butter.
- 4. Syrup: Heat ingredients in a small saucepan. Keep warm until ready to use.
CHAFFLES WITH ALMOND FLOUR
Chaffles are an overnight sensation in the low carb/keto world. Adding almond flour gives them a more traditional waffle texture and helps get rid of any eggy taste. Seriously, try them, they're delicious! I use an inexpensive mini waffle maker (such as Dash® Mini Maker Waffle) which produces perfect 4-inch chaffles. So many ways to use chaffles, the sky's the limit!

- Whisk together egg, almond flour, and baking powder. Stir in mozzarella cheese and set batter aside.
- Preheat a waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Spray both sides of the preheated waffle iron with cooking spray. Pour 1/2 of the batter onto the waffle iron and spread it out from the center with a spoon. Close the waffle maker and cook until chaffle reaches your desired doneness, about 3 minutes. Carefully lift chaffle out of the waffle iron and repeat with remaining batter. Every Sunday morning, my mom and I used to get up early and make these wonderful waffles. This recipe has been in the family for years, and I will definitly be passing it down to my children.

- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients.
- Separate the eggs, adding the yolks to the dry ingredient mixture, and placing the whites in a small mixing bowl.
