Steps:
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy, 4-6 minutes. Remove the bacon from the pan and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- In the same pan, add the garlic. Cook over low heat for about 30 seconds, or until it starts to brown. In a medium bowl, beat 8 eggs and add to the pan, along with the scallions, salt, and pepper. Scramble the eggs until mostly set but still a little wet, about 3 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat.
- Peel the potatoes and grate on the large holes of a box grater onto a clean kitchen towel set over a bowl. Wring out any excess liquid.
- Transfer the shredded potatoes to a clean, large bowl and add the remaining egg, the flour, and ½ cup (50 g) cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Line a 4-inch (10 cm) diameter bowl with plastic wrap.
- Place ½ cup (75 g) of the grated potato mixture in the bowl. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the potatoes against the sides of the bowl in an even layer, creating a divot in the center.
- Fill the well with a bit of cheddar cheese, a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a bit of bacon, and top with another sprinkle of cheese.
- Pick up the sides of the plastic wrap, twisting to create a sealed ball. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Chill the potato balls for 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and grease with nonstick cooking spray.
- Unwrap the balls, place them on the prepared baking sheet, and brush with egg wash. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and brown.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve with ketchup on the side.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Slice chicken breasts in half (like a hamburger bun). Place in a plastic food bag and pound until 1/4" thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix the 2 cheeses together and smear about 1 tablespoons into each pepper half (use up the cheese between all of the peppers).
- Place the pepper on the chicken breast and wrap it up as best you can. I suggest placing the pepper cheese side down so it gets completely covered by the chicken. Wrap each chicken breast completely with two pieces of bacon. Start at one end, wrap half the breast and finish the 2nd half with the other piece of bacon.
- Cook on a preheated 350 degree grill over indirect for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Turn every 5 minutes and baste with barbecue sauce each time you turn it.
- For oven: Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is done. Baste a couple times with the barbecue sauce and finish under the broiler to set the BBQ sauce. ~~I suggest a 400 degree oven and no BBQ sauce for the first 20 minutes, turning once to help cook the bacon. Then reduce heat to 375, change pans to loose some of the bacon fat, cover with BBQ sauce and and finish baking/broiling.

- Bring together all of your dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, (baking soda, corn starch, Epsom salts) excluding your citric acid. We want to leave the citric acid until later, as adding it now can complicate things during the liquid pour step, just trust me.
- In a seperate container, you can go ahead and mix your wet ingredients as well, including any food color or soap dye you’re planning to use.
- Working slowly so as not to disturb the baking soda too much, add your wet ingredients to the dry ingredients a bit at a time and mixing thoroughly with your hands. (Adding your dye to the Epsom salts rather than your liquids is an interesting alternative worth trying at some point. Just mix thoroughly before adding the salts to the rest of your dry ingredients).
- As you work the bath bomb ingredients, you’re looking for a texture that is similar to that of damp, but no saturated, sand. You’ll notice that the mixture will begin to stick together at this stage, a bit like wet sand does in your sandcastle bucket.

- In a large bowl whisk together the baking soda, citric acid, Epsom salt, cornstarch and (only if using) powdered food coloring.
- In a separate small bowl combine the melted coconut oil, water and essential oils. (We used peppermint, but I’m guessing that this would work great with lavender, sweet orange or chamomile.)
- While continuously whisking, very slowly drizzle the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined. The outcome (as pictured below) should be similar to a dry, crumbly sand and should not be a "wet" consistency. Warning: If mixture gets too wet it will activate the fizzy part of the bath bomb too soon!
- TIGHTLY pack the mixture into each side of the mold then press the two sides together. Ideally let it stay in the mold overnight, then lightly tap around the mold with a spoon to very carefully open and remove bath bomb. Finished product will still be somewhat fragile, so be careful!
