Cynar-Berry Spritz image

Bold cranberry mingles with bittersweet Cynar in this bitter and bubbly cocktail from Danielle Centoni.

Provided by Danielle Centoni

Yield Makes 1

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 oz. unsweetened 100% cranberry juice, chilled
1 oz. Cynar
4 oz. prosecco, chilled
Lemon peel, for garnish

Steps:

  • Fill a wine glass three quarters full with ice. Pour the cranberry juice, Cynar, and prosecco over the ice. Gently stir to combine. Twist the lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
